- Balance 50% due 15 days before departure
- Full payment required before boarding
Cancellation Policy
- Administrative fee: 5% on total package cost
- Up to 30 days prior: 30% cancellation charge
- 20-30 days prior: 50% cancellation charge
- Within 14 days: No refund applicable
- Rescheduling (15+ days prior): 20% fee
Important Travel Guidelines
- ✓ Accurate body weight required at booking (weighed again at boarding)
- ✓ Only 2-5 kg hand baggage permitted (duffle bags provided)
- ✓ Medical fitness certificate required
- ✓ Not recommended for respiratory conditions
- ✓ Aadhar (Indians) or valid passport with visa (foreign nationals)
- ✓ Carry woolen clothes for cold nights
- ✓ Portable oxygen cylinder recommended
- ✓ Weather-dependent: buffer day advised at Dehradun
Weather Policy
If unable to visit a Dham due to adverse weather: ₹20,000 refund per seat (flying time cost only). We strongly recommend keeping a buffer day for tour extensions due to weather.
