In case of cancellations or changes to your booking, refund policies will be applied as per our Refund Policy below.
4. Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled pooja will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
In case of a no-show or failure to participate in a scheduled service, no refund will be issued.
If a service is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full refund will be provided.
5. Service Limitations and Liability
We strive to ensure that all rituals are performed in accordance with traditional customs, but the outcome of religious ceremonies cannot be guaranteed.
Dorituals.com is not responsible for any dissatisfaction arising from the subjective nature of spiritual experiences.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from using our services.

Our services involve coordination with third-party temples and priests. While we partner with reputable temples, we do not guarantee the quality or outcomes of the services provided by these third parties.
We shall not be held liable for any issues related to third-party services, including delays, cancellations, or other disputes.
